LOVE & WISHES

I went to meet a potential new cooperation partner and almost fell in love with her. It felt like we were old friends and I really wanted to work with this person.

She brought me some publications, at home I put them next to my bed, accidentally leaving the back of one on top, with an ad that said in large letters: “I love you” (plus another ad with the text “Where your wishes come true”). Good signs?!

Armastus & unistused

Käisin kohtumas potentsiaalse uue koostööpartneriga ja peaaegu armusin temasse. Tundus, nagu oleksime vanad sõbrad ja et täiega tahan selle inimesega koostööd teha. 

Ta tõi mulle mõned trükised, kodus panin need voodi kõrvale, juhuslikult nii, et peale jäi ühe tagakülg, reklaamiga, millel suurelt sõnad: “Ma armastan Sind” (pluss reklaam tekstiga “Kus soovid täituvad”). Head märgid?!

BEAR

One grey winter day I was walking home from lunch. I had previously thought about and asked the universe what to do with a fading relationship. On my way home, a poster with a picture of a bear suddenly lay on the ground at my feet.

I immediately wondered how to interpret it - since a bear is known to mean a rich suitor in folklore, was it a good sign that someone new was coming, or what was the universe trying to say with it?

Karu

Jalutasin ühel hallil talvepäeval lõunasöögilt koju. Olin enne mõelnud ja küsinud universumilt, mida teha ühe vinduva suhtega. Koduteel lebas äkki mu jalge ees maas plakat karu pildiga.

Jäin kohe mõtlema, kuidas seda tõlgendada - kuna karu tähendab teatavasti Eesti rahvapärimuses rikast kosilast, siis kas see oli hea märk, et keegi uus on tulemas, või mida universum sellega öelda tahtis?

FUN & PARTY

It was a depressing midwinter. One day in a pub I came across A le Coq’s new beer coasters, with a picture of young couple kissing and the text: "Fun & party"

Oh yes, I felt that fun and party were very welcome in my life and the most joyful path. At least Valentine's Day brought some romance and flowers into my life right after that.

Lust & lillepidu

Oli kohutav masendav kesktalv Eestis. Ühel päeval pubis sattusid mulle laualt näppu Alecoqi uued õllealused, Tartu suudlevate tudengite pildi ja tekstiga “Lust & lillepidu”.

Oo jaa, ma tundsin küll, et lust ja lillepidu on mu ellu väga teretulnud ning kõige rõõmuküllasem tee. Sõbrapäev tõi vähemalt natuke romantikat ja lilli mu ellu kohe pärast seda.

THE UNIVERSE GIVES YOU EVERYTHING

I have written a book called “Reading the Signs” about the “ask and you shall receive” rule, but sometimes I tend to forget that that’s how it is. So I was grateful when I saw a post on Instagram from @manifestationbabe reminding not to cling to your job, clients/customers, partner, bank - the Universe is your sugar daddy.

Universum annab Sulle kõik

Ma olen kirjutanud raamatu pealkirjaga “Küsi ja Sulle antakse”, aga sellegipoolest kipub vahel ununema, et nii ongi. Seda tänulikum olin, kui nägin Instagramis @manifestationbabe postitust, mis ütles, et ära klammerdu oma töö, klientide, panga või partneri külge - Universum on Su suhkruissi.
